Your Second Visit to Our West Auckland Practice.

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.Your second visit is carried out in two parts:

Firstly, Your Corrective Care Appointment. We believe in providing you with clear information of how you can achieve and maintain the level of health you deserve. Your Corrective Care Appointment is a workshop that provides information of how YOU can achieve faster results, what you can do on top of your chiropractic care, and how to stay healthy and well once we achieve your health goals.

Secondly, Your Report of Findings Appointment.  On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you. After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll make recommendations designed to help you get and keep your health. We call this the Report of Findings.

This two-visit approach accomplishes several things:

  • Reduces the length of your first visit
  • Gives us time to correlate our findings
  • Avoids overloading you with too much information

In certain situations, and in the professional judgment of our chiropractors, we sometimes make exceptions. It just depends on your unique situation.

Ash Asks some important questions of interest to Glen Eden residents - Chiropractor Glen Eden Ash Asks...

How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
What's a side effect?
It may sound like a bonus; something extra, but chiropractors know it should more accurately called an "unintended effect," and "unwanted effect" or in some cases an "adverse effect." A pill can't come close to matching your body's ability to create and deliver the essential compounds it needs. That's when it's important to make sure your nervous system is working correctly—the purpose of chiropractic care!
